Team Rostering

LSC’s goal is to create even, well-balanced teams in each division. Due to the size of our program and the increasing number of players, we are not able to accommodate friend requests, requests for specific coaches, practice night requests, etc.

Teams within each division will be rostered systematically, following the format below:

1. Divisions will be formed by birth year, some birth years may be combined if necessary (i.e. U11/U12)

2. Divisions will be separated by gender, where applicable (i.e. U8 Girls and U8 Boys)

3. Teams will be rostered to first include the coach’s and assistant coach’s child/children, then players will be assigned to teams alphabetically by birth year. For example, if an age division has 4 teams and there are 4 players whose last name starts with the letter A, one will be rostered on each team going in alphabetical order. Rosters will be created moving A to Z through the alphabet following this pattern. For coed teams with combined ages, the rostering process will include birth year and gender when rostering (i.e U11 Girls A-Z followed by U11 Boys A-Z and repeated for U12 Girls and U12 Boys until all players have been assigned).


PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL AGE DIVISIONS:

Once rosters are created, we will not be able to accommodate any changes. As a reminder, if players can not attend on their designated practice night they are still able to participate in weekly games.
