Coordinators will not receive any compensation beyond reimbursement for the number of qualifying children registered for the program each season regardless of length of service.

Rec Express U11/U12 Coordinator |
The U11/U12 Coordinator assumes overall responsibility for the smooth operation of the division throughout the season. Responsibilities include assigning Coaches to teams, recruiting additional coaches as necessary, rostering players according to the LSC rostering policy, and assigning teams in our GotSport computer program. The Coordinator will work with coaches to arrange practice nights and times and check in periodically during the season. The coordinator should be available on some Saturdays to observe games and check in with coaches to ensure things are running smoothly and/or address any issues that may arise throughout the season. As with all division coordinators, the U11/U12 Coordinator will maintain and encourage open communication with both coaches and parents throughout the season, monitor their LSC email account, and provide division updates at scheduled Board meetings. At the close of the season, additional responsibilities include overseeing Playoffs and distributing championship t-shirts. There is a lot to learn but be assured current LSC Board members will be there to help you every step of the way and you will shadow the current U11/U12 Coordinator for your first season in the position. |

Social Media Coordinator – United |
The Social Media Coordinator for LSC United will be responsible for marketing and promoting of the club and its events through multiple social media outlets. They will play a pivotal role in obtaining photos of LSC United games and events and actively prepare social media postings to promote the club creating a weekly online presence during the season and throughout the offseason as well. Pre-season, the Social Media Coordinator will ensure all registration information is readily available through a variety of social media outlets and ensure any additional information is communicated in a timely manner. During the season, they will ensure weekly posts related to travel soccer are added to the club Facebook page and other affiliated pages as well as to Instagram and other designated social media outlets. This will include sending out emails asking parents to submit photos as well as visiting the fields on Saturdays to take photos and highlight different age divisions each week during the season.

Web Coordinator |
The LSC Web Coordinator will handle all tasks related to the LSC website on both the Recreational and Travel sides as well as all general information as it pertains to the club as a whole. Make updates to the website to reflect upcoming season information, dates and events and maintain an accurate calendar for parents and players to reference. The Website Coordinator will also add photos to the website to help promote the achievements of our teams throughout the season. They will coordinate with the Social Media Coordinators for the Rec and Travel sides to ensure consistent messaging is available through both avenues. The Website Coordinator efficiently handles all of the behind-the-scenes work to keep the website relevant and up-to-date. There are periods of time when quick responses are crucial so that messages are being communicated efficiently across all media. |
COACHING |

Coach Overview |
LSC Express Coaches run a team from nuts to bolts. This position includes sending e-mails to your team to communicate important dates and times, setting up and running practices (U7/U8 and above), coaching during games, and encouraging good sportsmanship and development in your players. On Saturdays, Coaches who have the first games will set-up the field (move on nets, sandbags, flags) and those with the last games will clear off the field. LSC aims to have 1 coach for U5-U8 & 2 coaches for U9 & up (1 Head Coach & 1 Assistant Coach). Upon completion of the season, all Coaches who have not missed more than 3 practices and/or games in total will be reimbursed the full amount paid for the season for their child on the team, minus the $10 non-refundable administration fee. In addition, Assistant Coaches will receive 50% reimbursement, minus the $10 non-refundable administration fee.
